As part of a major growth-phase assignment, we partnered with the CEO and Board to strengthen investor readiness, building robust KPI reporting, leading Series B due diligence, and securing $1.5m+ in debt facilities. We scaled finance operations end-to-end—modernising reporting systems to cut month-end close from 20 to 5 days, consolidating multi-currency FP&A, and mentoring a 10-person team. Alongside this, we supported fundraising and growth by driving financial planning, ROI analysis, and pricing strategies, reducing the working capital cycle, and guiding the company through a successful COVID-19 turnaround.
